Terms and Conditions
Our standard postage cost is for post to the UK only and all of our deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. We do post to northern island and offshore isles with a small surcharge. This surcharge can not be avoided but the postage price we charge is one of the cheapest on the internet for the weight of these items.
If you do see a set of mats on our website that you believe to have the wrong clips in please email us with your comments so we can look into it. The only way we can make our site better is with your help, that’s why we listen to all our customers.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee our mats for more than 14 days, this is simply because we can not see the footwear being used by the driver. Every driver is individual and drive in different ways. We have had customers who have purchased our mats and still have them in there cars from years ago, yet other customers have had to replace them sooner.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you need to return any items back to us the items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the condition they left our premises, if we have accepted we are liable for postage cost then we will only pay the original postage cost. The best way to return an item would be second class recorded delivery and you must always make sure you get a signature for the item/items you are returning.
